Lockton, a global independent insurance brokerage, has appointed Ryan Bond in the newly created role of Head of Property and Casualty (P&C) for Bermuda, effective September 8th, 2025, based on the island.
In his new role, Bond will report to Philip DiMeglio, Managing Director, Lockton Bermuda, and hold overall responsibility for Lockton Bermuda’s vast property and casualty client base.
Additionally, he will work closely with Lockton’s London and US teams to leverage the Bermuda marketplace for the benefit of Lockton’s global clients.
Bond has over 25 years of extensive experience in the P&C and general insurance industries, with nearly two decades in leadership roles at Marsh.
Most recently, he was Marsh’s Head of Insurance Innovation for Climate and Sustainability, and previously was UK and Ireland Chief Executive Officer of specialist international placement broker Bowring Marsh.
