Collaborative underwriting carrier Emerald Bay Risk Solutions has expanded its leadership team with the appointments of Matthew Moore as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Sarah Anyieth as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.
Moore has over 15 years of industry experience, most recently serving at Core Specialty as CFO of Insurance Operations. Previously, he was CFO at Progressive Fleet & Specialty Programs, a specialty subsidiary of Progressive Insurance.
He has also served as the Vice President of Finance at Protective Insurance, which was later acquired by Progressive.
Anyieth has over 15 years of experience in operations, accounting, and advisory, including senior leadership roles at EY and PwC, where she worked extensively with insurance and financial services clients on complex digital transformation, audit, and transaction initiatives.
Most recently, she served at Riveron as Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice, advising finance organisations on digital solutions to optimise end-to-end processes and enhance operational efficiency.
